About the Role:

As our Social Media/Community Manager, act as the voice and personality of Matrix MKTG and our clients online, managing posts, comments, and responses. You'll be responsible for building and nurturing thriving communities across various social media platforms, crafting engaging content, and fostering meaningful connections with our audience. What You'll Do (Your Community Superhero Duties):

• Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our online communities.
• Content Posting: Handle social media content posting across various platforms, focusing on Instagram and X.
• Engagement Master: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and spark conversations that build brand loyalty.
• Trendsetter: Stay on top of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the strategy team to execute social media campaigns and amplify brand messages.
• Performance Analysis: Track key metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize community engagement and content performance.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice and target audience, ensuring consistent and authentic communication.
• Reputation Management: Monitor online reviews and feedback, address concerns, and maintain a positive brand image.
• Platform Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Passion for Social Media: A genuine love for all things social and a deep understanding of different platforms.
• Creative Storytelling: Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.

• Data-Driven Approach: Analytical skills and experience tracking and interpreting social media metrics.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Team Player: A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work as part of a dynamic team.
• Experience: Proven experience managing social media communities (agency experience a plus!).
