The highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Specialist will have a proven track record in digital advertising and a passion for leveraging data-driven strategies to deliver exceptional campaign performance. The Paid Media Specialist will develop, manage, and optimize digital media campaigns across platforms to drive measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute digital media strategies in line with client objectives and budget constraints.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Search, Microsoft Search, Meta, Demand Gen, Performance Max, Programmatic Display, and other digital channels.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new target audiences and opportunities for paid media growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, strategy, account management, and data intelligence to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI metrics; analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital media and advertising.
- Create and present reports and campaign summaries to clients, highlighting key achievements, learnings, and next steps.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing large budgets and driving results in paid media campaigns.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, project management, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
