Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily management and growth of our social media communities.
• Support the Social Success team in identifying and nurturing talent for influencer campaigns.
• Help monitor brand presence and engagement across various online communities.
• Participate in developing community engagement strategies, both online and offline.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing key social media metrics to inform overall marketing strategies.
• Work closely with our team to encourage positive brand sentiment online.
• Occasionally assist in coordinating in-person community events.

Qualifications:

• A passionate individual who lives and breathes social media.
• Up-to-date with the latest memes, trends, and emerging social media platforms, understanding when to leverage them for genuine audience connection.
• Basic knowledge of influencer marketing.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills; able to connect with community members and respond thoughtfully.
• Flexible and adaptable; thrives in dynamic and uncertain environments.
• A quick learner with the ability to evaluate social trends and content for community growth.
• Experience in community engagement (experience with social media or influencer campaigns is a plus).

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
