At Browning Masonic Community, we pride ourselves on being the trusted partner to help people age respectfully, and our employees are the key to this success. That’s why we offer competitive benefits, including paying up to $5,000 a year for tuition so you can further your education and your career. We also understand that everybody goes through tough times, so our HOPE program provides financial assistance to employees in need.
Don’t let our name confuse you; you don’t need to be Masonic to live or work here. Our history is rooted in the Masonic values of service and charity, but that doesn’t mean we’re all Masons. In fact, many of our residents and employees aren’t!
