We’re seeking an experienced SEO Specialist (On-Page) to join our team. If you’ve worked with SaaS products, have hands-on experience with websites, and understand the nuances of SEO in service-based industries, we would love to hear from you.
This is a long-term remote role (Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts with flexible hours). You will play a key role in managing and optimising our brand's website and driving organic growth for our SaaS product, which targets service-based businesses.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an On-Page SEO Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to optimize and manage our websites to improve search engine visibility and drive more organic traffic. Your daily tasks will include:
- Keyword Research & Implementation – Finding high-performing keywords relevant to the service industry our SaaS product focuses on and strategically placing them within website content.
- Content Optimization – Editing, structuring, and formatting our website, including landing pages, blogs and service pages for search engines and user engagement.
- Technical SEO – Addressing website speed issues, mobile-friendliness, schema markup, canonical tags, meta-tag optimization, and more.
- Internal Linking Strategies – Enhancing site structure for better search engine crawling and user navigation.
- On-Page Fixes & Enhancements – Optimizing H1s, meta descriptions, alt texts, image SEO, and other on-page elements.
- Competitor Analysis – Researching competitors’ websites to find areas where we can gain a competitive advantage.
- SEO Audits & Reporting – Conducting regular audits to identify and fix errors that may impact rankings.
- Google Search Console & Analytics Management – Monitoring and analyzing website performance, search trends, and resolving indexing issues.
- Backlink Strategist: Building a strong backlink profile to increase website authority and improve search engine rankings.
Must-Have Skills:
- At least 3 years of proven SEO experience, particularly with SaaS-based product websites.
- Strong understanding of Google algorithms and SEO best practices.
- Experience with on-page SEO tools like Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console or similar platforms.
- Content structuring expertise – Ability to optimize content for readability, engagement, and SEO.
- Technical SEO knowledge, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and URL structuring.
- Ability to conduct in-depth keyword research and implement strategies to increase organic rankings.
- Experience with websites, CMS platforms like WordPress, and knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Strong analytical skills – Ability to track, measure, and improve website performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SEO strategies for SaaS product websites/businesses.
- Familiarity with Google My Business (GMB) optimization.
- Experience working with multi-location websites.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Available to work during AU timings when required.
