Job Overview
In the capacity of Reputation Management Team Leader & Lead Strategist, you will be instrumental in spearheading strategic initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing comprehensive reputation management campaigns across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily client accounts, ensuring the efficient implementation of reputation management strategies.
  2. Remain current with trends in reputation management, social media, SEO, and digital marketing, employing best practices to surpass client expectations.
  3. Lead and mentor a small team of analysts, providing guidance and strategic oversight.
  4. Design and implement tailored strategic campaigns that meet each client's unique objectives.
  5. Prepare comprehensive monthly reports that highlight the effectiveness and impact of our services.
  6. Communicate with clients with confidence and professionalism, setting precise expectations and nurturing strong relationships.
  7. Identify and contribute to emerging business opportunities as they arise.

Required Skills
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  2. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google ranking factors; experience in managing organic optimization campaigns is beneficial.
  3. Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, consistently meeting varied deadlines.
  4. Commitment to confidentiality and the careful handling of sensitive information.
  5. Ability to take direction and operate autonomously after being briefed.
  6. Creative problem solver with innovative thinking skills.
  7. Solid understanding of brand management, capable of producing high-quality content that aligns with brand standards.
  8. Excellent writing and editing capabilities.
  9. Basic knowledge of public relations is advantageous.
  10. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications
  1. 2-3 years of experience as a project manager or account executive.
  2. Demonstrated experience in leading a small team and managing client expectations effectively.
  3. Outstanding communication and writing skills, along with a keen attention to detail.
