We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Assistant to join our growing team. In this unique role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our data is clean, accurate, and readily accessible from the comfort of your home office. You'll also provide critical support to the CEO, acting as a trusted point of contact and assisting with a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of web developers, designers, and content creators to execute WordPress website projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, website requirements, and provide strategic web development solutions.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of WordPress websites, ensuring they are mobile-responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to web development team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, plugins, and technologies to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of web development capabilities.
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients regarding project timelines, milestones, and progress updates.
- Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Implement performance optimization techniques, security measures, and regular updates to enhance website speed and security.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues that may arise during web development projects.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven 5+ years experience in WordPress web development, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Experience managing web development teams and projects, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- In-depth knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and customizations.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and client management skills.
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and emerging web technologies.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to quality.
