What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Optimize the FINEOS user interface by analyzing, troubleshooting, and enhancing user experience
2. Create documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including meeting notes and requirement analysis
3. Assist in the creation of test plans, test scripts, and perform testing for enhancements and upgrades
4. Communicate and present information effectively, both in writing and verbally
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support iterative development processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 2 years as a Business Systems Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment
2. Strong ability to gather requirements and support collaborative development
3. Ability to organize and deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner
4. Detail-oriented with clear written and verbal communication skills
5. Must be able to work remotely with access to high-speed internet

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience in disability or other types of insurance claims handling using FINEOS
2. Prior experience with Workplace Solutions systems and business processes
3. Experience writing business and technical requirements for code changes
4. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related frameworks
