Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Producer role at BoMont Group. The Producer will be responsible for building client relationships and driving new business. This role is located in Birmingham, AL, with the flexibility for work from home depending on location.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Experience in insurance brokerage or related field
• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field encouraged, but not required
