We are seeking a dynamic Lead Producer with a knack for design, animation, and content creation at scale. This senior-level role requires prior experience in digital advertising, transcreation, asset creation, and/or integrated production, as well as an understanding of what is needed in the first place to make first-rate projects come about.

This pivotal role blends senior project management with strategic oversight and exceptional client relations. The Lead Producer will oversee multiple project managers and programs, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality campaigns across various accounts.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, understanding their strategic goals and ensuring alignment with our production efforts.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, design, and production teams to scope projects accurately, proposing timelines and resource allocations that align with client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, proactively addressing any issues or risks that may impact deliverables or timelines.
  • Facilitate client meetings, providing clear updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Champion best practices in project management, sharing insights and tools that enhance productivity and streamline workflows across teams.
  • Support the account management process by contributing to scoping, forecasting, and resource planning for various projects and programs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies that enhance client satisfaction and drive team performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, production, or account management within the advertising or marketing sectors.
  • Ability to go into the Culver City office when needed.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple large-scale campaigns and managing cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and manage expectations with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of the creative production process, from concept to execution, with an ability to translate technical details into accessible language for clients.
  • A natural leader who inspires confidence and cultivates a positive team environment, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines with precision.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to pivot in response to changing client needs or project dynamics.

Salary Range: $115,000—$125,000 USD
