Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Audio-Visual Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining integrated Audio-Visual equipment and systems. This role requires strong technical abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and repair integrated audio-visual equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose issues using audio, video, and network test equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance service delivery.
  • All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven audio-visual integration or service experience.
  • Proficiency using audio, video, and network diagnostic tools.
  • Knowledge of Crestron, QSC and other audio-visual software (ex. QSC, Reflect, Crestron XIO, Crestron Toolbox)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment as needed and perform physical tasks associated with the role.
  • CTS certification preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A valid drivers license with a responsible driving record.
