Program Manager, Broadcast Looking for a highly motivated Program Manager who is passionate about organizing details, managing events, and producing broadcast experiences. The Strategic events broadcast team creates engaging global event-based and virtual digital experiences using standard methodologies from television, music, and entertainment to connect with both in-person and online audiences. To succeed in this role, you must be organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn. Innovative, fast-paced company, and the Broadcast reflects that. In this role, you will be supporting the production of our digital events. Job Responsibilities: Project Management : Create timelines, follow up on action items and next steps, ensure programs are moving forward. Broadcast Production : Support Broadcast producers in development of content and production plans. Event Management : Coordinate event logistics including load in schedules and onsite staffing. Team Operations : Support initiatives to ensure team health and team processes. Assist with pre-production and on-site execution (experiential, scheduling, graphics, call sheets, scripting, logistics, post production). Qualifications: 5-6 years of experience with event and/or broadcast production. On-site event operations / experiential. Strong project management, organization, and time management skills. Has an interest in strategy and has the ability to see the big picture, can drive progress on multiple projects at once. Ability to prioritize, handle multiple deadlines, and work under pressure. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Broadcast production knowledge is a plus (pre-production to post-production).
