We’re looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to take the lead in crafting engaging content and building a strong brand presence across social platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping digital storytelling, driving audience engagement, and fostering collaborations with creators to expand reach and impact.
As a creative lead within the marketing team, you’ll challenge conventional digital strategies, explore new trends, and develop innovative content that resonates with audiences. This position requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on—able to generate high-quality content while staying ahead of emerging trends in social media, culture, and digital marketing.
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional travel and weekend work as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop compelling, high-quality content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and feed posts.
• Brainstorm and execute creative, trend-driven content ideas that align with brand messaging.
• Collaborate with external creators to source and co-develop fresh, engaging content.
• Write impactful captions, taglines, and post descriptions tailored to each platform.
Social Media Management & Community Engagement
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across TikTok and Instagram, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.
• Experiment with different posting times, formats, and creative approaches to maximize engagement.
• Actively monitor and engage in trending conversations, challenges, and user-generated content.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in an authentic and timely manner to build a strong community.
Collaborations & Partnerships
• Identify and establish relationships with TikTok and Instagram creators who align with the brand’s values.
• Coordinate with influencers and brand partners to develop high-performing, authentic content.
Paid Media & Performance Optimization
• Assist in planning and executing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok to drive brand awareness and amplify key initiatives.
• Work closely with the direct-to-consumer team to create compelling content that drives traffic to online stores and supports affiliate programs.
• Track content performance metrics (engagement rates, views, audience growth) and provide insights for continuous optimization.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, emerging tools, and new features to ensure an innovative social media strategy.
