General Description:

As a Graphic Designer at Gloster Furniture, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our visual identity. You will create engaging marketing materials that support our brand, communicate our message effectively, and appeal to our audience. We are open to a hybrid or remote arrangement for the right candidate.

Essential Function/Duties:

  • Create visually compelling and on-brand marketing materials, including ads, mailers, flyers, brochures, catalogs, social media posts, signage, handouts, website assets, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop effective, engaging designs.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all materials and platforms.
  • Standardize all marketing collateral to align with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of design quality.
  • Refresh marketing materials annually to keep the brand current and engaging.
  • Edit and enhance product and lifestyle photography for promotional use.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the luxury, furniture, or home décor industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Experience with digital design, including website assets, social media, and email templates.
  • Photography and photo editing skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Prolonged periods of standing.
