We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive, equal opportunity workplace. Overview You have experience owning or assisting in successful paid and organic beauty campaigns. You have an eye for highly engaging content that can drive awareness, traffic and key product goals, with the passion and know-how to take current trends and implement them quickly. You take pride in sharing well-written communications internally and externally and you possess a strong, analytical mindset to research, track & present metrics & insights for a given campaign. You are a natural at networking who brings new & fresh ideas to the table and can nurture relationships with key creators & beauty talent. What You Will Do Influencer + Creator Community Management Scout and help activate/gift creators and brand partners aligned with Haus Labs brand values of diversity, inclusion, creativity and kindness; build and foster authentic and engaged creator relationships keeping community, engagement & audience acquisition top of mind. Own & nurture creator relationships: manage all correspondence via email/DM/social, product gifting and community engagement (commenting/liking posts) via Tribe Dynamics on social media. Support always-on and launch product gifting programs, including sourcing and communication, list management, campaign briefing, product. Data collection and management: use excel or relevant programs to manage contact lists, collect and record individual product shades, and collect and record shipping addresses. Help support with product send outs for new and existing influencers. Paid + Organic Partnerships: Support Sr Influencer Manager in paid and organic creator partnership processes including but not limited to strategy, outreach, talent relationships, contracts, content briefing and managing timelines for both paid partners and UGC partnerships. Support Sr Influencer Manager in managing content partnerships calendar and tracker. Pull relevant metrics for paid reports & provide insights to manager. Keep pulse on social media and beauty trends and communicate back learnings that can be implemented by larger team. Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Product Fulfillment: Manage/maintain an organized product fulfillment process for creators, paid & organic send outs to creators, and PR orders.
