Job Details

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for web development and designand will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining our web presence. Candidate will also be required to organize and produce Social Media Marketing and email marketing campaigns using Salesforce and Constant Contact.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design and develop engaging and responsive websites including E-commerce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct website testing and debugging
• Maintain and improve website architecture and functionality
• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns using Salesforce or Constant Contact
• Create engaging social media content that aligns with our brand and goals
• Produce and edit YouTube training videos to support product and service education
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies
• Manage social media accounts and engage with our online community

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer/Developer or similar role
• Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress CMS
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design and development projects
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proven experience in email and social media marketing
• Knowledge in Salesforce and other email marketing platforms
• Strong content creation skills, including video production and editing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• A degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field is preferred
