VP of Developer Marketing
to build and scale our marketing strategy from the ground up. About the Role As the VP of Developer Marketing, you will lead the charge in creating and executing strategies that deeply engage
developers , drive adoption of our platform, and position us as a trusted partner for enterprise customers. You'll build programs that resonate with technical users, decision-makers, and engineering teams, combining
developer-first approaches
with enterprise marketing tactics. This is a pivotal role for an
early-stage marketing leader
with a passion for connecting with
technical audiences
and scaling high-growth startups. Key Responsibilities Developer Marketing Strategy : Define and lead the strategy to engage developers, drive platform adoption, and cultivate advocacy within the technical community. Content & Community : Create resources (docs, tutorials, webinars, events, etc.) that inspire and enable developers. Build and foster a strong developer community. Enterprise Engagement : Collaborate with sales and product teams to craft messaging and campaigns that align with enterprise customer needs, combining

and
top-down GTM motions . Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with product, developer relations, and engineering to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment. Data-Driven Growth : Establish metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives, iterating on programs to achieve measurable outcomes. Team Building : As the company scales, hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Qualifications Early-Stage Marketing Experience : Proven ability to establish and scale a marketing function, ideally at the
Seed / Series A/B stage .
This is required. Developer Marketing Expertise : Deep understanding of how to engage technical audiences (e.g., developers, engineers, data scientists) through content, community, and advocacy programs. Enterprise SaaS Background : Experience crafting marketing strategies that resonate with enterprise customers. Hands-On Leadership : A track record of balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment. Cross-Functional Skills : Comfortable working across teams (product, sales, engineering) to align on goals and drive results. Mission-Driven : Excited about working on transformative technology that's reshaping how enterprises and developers harness AI.
