About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the development, execution, and optimization of local marketing strategies that support its franchise fitness brand. This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing marketing initiatives across multiple locations, with a strong emphasis on leveraging advanced analytics and technical skills to drive data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing innovative testing methodologies to enhance customer lifetime value, aligning marketing plans with corporate franchise guidelines, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve key performance metrics. A deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing tactics, experience in leading teams within a franchise or multi-location environment, and a robust background in business analytics and marketing technology are essential. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 7 years experience in marketing leadership roles, including at least 5 years in a multi-location or franchisee environment, is required. The role demands a proven track record in driving successful, data-driven marketing campaigns, particularly in the fitness, health, or wellness industry. Strong expertise in business analytics, marketing automation, CRM systems, and A/B testing tools is a must, as is a demonstrated ability to use data analytics to improve customer lifetime value and marketing ROI. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent project management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a passion for fitness and wellness.
