About Hyperion Insights Hyperion Insights is a boutique, high-end digital marketing agency based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We specialize in SEO, PPC, video production, lead tracking, web design, and conversion optimization—helping professional service businesses (lawyers, doctors, plastic surgeons, wealth managers, and more) dominate their markets. Unlike large, impersonal agencies, we take an ROI-first approach, ensuring that every client gets real, measurable results that far exceed their investment. We have hard data proving long-term client success, and our existing clients are thrilled with our work, with many willing to provide testimonials to showcase the value we deliver. We’re now looking for a Sales Director to help us scale strategically while maintaining our boutique approach. The Role We’re hiring our first Sales Director to drive new business and bring high-value clients into the agency. This is an ideal role for a digital marketing sales professional who thrives on relationship-building rather than constant churn-and-burn sales tactics. As a result, experience selling digital marketing services such as SEO and PPC are a prerequisite for this role. Instead of just making quick deals, we want someone who will build a portfolio of 10-20 long-term clients and continue to manage those relationships, ensuring they grow their investment in our services over time. What You’ll Be Doing Prospect and close new clients

who need SEO, PPC, video, design, and other digital marketing services. Leverage our proven success stories, case studies, and client testimonials

to demonstrate ROI. Develop long-term relationships

with clients and grow their accounts. Consult with clients

on their marketing needs and offer tailored solutions. Act as the first point of contact

for your clients, ensuring satisfaction and expansion. Work closely with the CEO and marketing team

to align sales strategies with agency goals. Who You Are Experienced in selling digital marketing services

(SEO, PPC, web design, video, etc.). A strong closer —you know how to land high-value clients. A relationship-builder

who sees sales as a long-term partnership. Comfortable selling ROI-driven services

backed by data and case studies. Preferably already has a book of business

(bonus if you bring existing clients). Understands the boutique agency model —we’re selective in our client base. Entrepreneurial mindset —you love growing something, not just making one-off sales. Benefits Base salary + uncapped commission
