Mochi Health is seeking an experienced Offline Marketing Manager to own our growth efforts via offline marketing channels. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding Mochi’s customer outreach efforts in TV (linear & OTT), Streaming Video, Radio, Direct Mail, Streaming Audio, and Podcasts. You’ll work closely with design, product, analytics, and outside vendors to create and execute campaigns. This role reports to Mochi’s Head of Growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare space, a firm foundation in marketing principles, and a track record of success planning, executing, and optimizing offline marketing campaigns, with strong experience overseeing TV commercial production preferred. You’re a self-starter that is comfortable in a quickly changing startup environment. What You’ll Do Drive all aspects of offline media strategy and execution for the growth team: planning, vendor management, execution, reporting, analytics and optimization, as well partnering with our Design team on advertising planning and development. Achieve numeric conversion goals at or below the target customer acquisition cost. Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team on integrated campaigns, and a coordinated messaging strategy. Partner with analytics to evaluate ongoing campaign performance, including questions of attribution, and assess the results of creative or other testing. Manage day to day relationships with offline media vendors and agencies to drive optimal performance. Extract campaign and channel insights and transform them into actionable changes that will drive channel efficiencies and accelerate performance. Who You Are 3 years' experience in a performance driven role with a proven track record planning and executing offline media channels with strong experience overseeing TV commercial production preferred. Bias toward action and high velocity of experimentation to develop learning that improve performance. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple agencies and vendors and hold them accountable for timely and high-quality results. The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
