Position Overview The Social Media Marketing Coordinator will support the IHC digital team with modern wellness, health, beauty, consumer goods and hospitality. This role is focused on digital content for use in social media (TikTok and Instagram) and digital communications in response to client briefs. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded online marketer who is both creative and a tactile creator. A social media native who understands the latest viral trends and themes on TikTok and Instagram. Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and the ability to implement digital marketing strategies that result in increased sales is essential. A strong passion for and knowledge of current digital trends, as well as an interest in fashion and the wider cultural/social landscape (i.e., music, art, etc.), is necessary as they will be tasked with creating concepts and branded content for various platforms to drive buzz online. Roles & Responsibilities Create digital designs & graphics needs for clients by working directly with the team. Shoot short videos such as TikToks and Reels for social media accounts based on client requirements. Photograph content for clients’ social media based on direction from the IHC team. Conceptualize photo and video shoots through mood boards based on direction from the IHC team. Research social media and industry trends to share with the IHC team and clients. Support senior staff across all client activities. Edit photos and videos for cross-platform use. Assist in driving, organizing, and executing digital strategies and initiatives. Put together content briefs. Perform administrative tasks such as end-of-month reports, agendas, and recaps. Qualifications Prior experience supporting modern wellness, health, and beauty brands/clients. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their evolution. Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, with confidence in presenting client pitches. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects. Team player who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Passionate about current cultural trends, social media, influencer marketing, and storytelling. Extremely meticulous attention to detail. 1-2 years of experience. Strong creative eye with skills in Canva, Adobe (nice to have), Capcut, etc. Job Type: Paid Schedule: IHC business hours are 9am-5:30pm, with additional work may be required outside these hours. Weekend availability as needed for social media real-time posting or event support. Work Location: Hybrid (Office based in Wynwood Miami FL and WFH/remote days).
