Location: Toledo, OH-onsite Tues/Weds/ThursJob Type: 12 month W2 hourly contract, full time hoursCompensation Range: $40 - 45 per hourOn behalf of our client, a global leader in building and construction materials, we are seeking a Project Manager to join their Content Team in supporting the company's sustainability initiatives. This role will oversee creative and marketing projects related to corporate sustainability efforts, ensuring alignment with the enterprise's sustainability strategy. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing, creative production, and project management, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams.Responsibilities:Oversee the development and execution of sustainability-focused marketing and creative projects.Maintain understanding of sustainability project goals, milestones, and production plans utilizing WorkFront.Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables.Manage projects across various media, including branding, print, digital, video, social, and events.Track progress, update documentation, and ensure timely delivery of all project components.Develop clear timelines, communicate expectations, and proactively address any roadblocks.Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure messaging and creative assets align with the company's sustainability objectives.Provide strategic oversight on messaging and branding for sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and industry standards.Qualifications:5-7 years of project management experience, ideally within an agency or corporate marketing environment.2 years of experience particularly in sustainability, corporate responsibility, or ESG-related projects is highly desirable.Creative and marketing expertise and a deep knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social, video, and events.Experience with WorkFront and other project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet).Skills:Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.Job ID: 1079528LI-CellaLI-KM1PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
