Job Summary

We are seeking a Creative Services Manager to oversee the production of creative marketing materials and ensure seamless workflow coordination within our Creative Department. This role is critical in maintaining project momentum, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the production of TV, radio, print, digital, outdoor, and direct mail marketing materials.
• Ensure the Creative Department’s daily schedule aligns with project deadlines and client expectations.
• Utilize Workamajig project management software to manage all agency projects, open jobs, and track project details.
• Maintain Planview kanban board to track job progress, communicate deadlines, and ensure timely asset delivery.
• Uphold agency production standards and timelines to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Account Service team and the Creative Department for seamless communication and alignment.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Allocate and schedule internal and external resources to match project demands effectively.
• Oversee and review monthly production billing for each client to ensure accurate financial tracking.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in marketing production and working with creative teams.
• Familiarity with project management software (Workamajig experience preferred).
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage production budgets.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred, or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in production management, marketing, or agency environments.
