Job Summary:
This is full-time, salaried role, reporting to the Marketing Coordinator. This is responsible for the end-to-end management of Skys merchant websites and creation. This role is also responsible for client communication and upselling opportunities of websites.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Development:
- Lead full website project lifecycles, including scope definition, content development, design, and integration of external tools.
- Collaborate with merchants to align project goals with design, content, and branding.
- Manage site build-out processes, including communication with stakeholders, content creation, and revisions.
- Use tools like WordPressand Canva to build and maintain websites.
Project Management:
- Plan, track, and execute website projects to meet deadlines.
- Manage customer communications and ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain clear communication with clients on billing and invoicing.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional website features or services.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in website builders such as WordPress, Wix, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Basic copywriting, editing, and research skills.
Other Preferred Skills:
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting in design, content, and website functionality.
- Experience in Adobe Suite or Canva
