Job Description
Campiello is looking for an experienced Event Planner & Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment and has the organizational and administrative skills to keep everything running seamlessly.
Campiello is renowned for its rustic yet contemporary Italian cuisine, featuring wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, and our rotating ‘Tour di Italia’ menu, celebrating regional Italian flavors. This role starting wage is $16-20 an hour with 2% commission from every event. Commission average in a year is between $16,000-$22,000 a year.
What You’ll Do: What You’ll Do:
- Generate new event and catering sales through proactive outreach, lead generation, and networking.
- Plan and execute events, including tastings, venue setup, menu planning, and logistics coordination
- Demonstrate a strong aptitude for time management, particularly during the peak season from November to April, when multiple leads (calls, emails, TripleSeat) must be managed daily.
- Lead restaurant operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service
- Maintain strict attention to detail in all aspects of service, administration, and compliance
- Oversee staff scheduling, hiring, training, and development
- Work closely with FOH and BOH teams to enhance workflow and efficiency
- Ensure a pristine, safe, and well-organized dining environment
- Manage projects, reports, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency

- Strong restaurant management experience (preferably in fine dining)
- Exceptional attention to detail – you catch the small things that make a big difference
- Project management skills – ability to prioritize, multitask, and execute efficiently
- A self-starter who thrives in a high-energy environment and gets things done
- Excellent administrative skills, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel (must be comfortable handling reports, spreadsheets, and confidential data)
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and team development

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for long shifts (10-12 hours)
