Purpose

Delta Star is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in creating visual assets for internal digital and print media, such as digital banners, email templates, business cards, and brochures.

Main Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to refine designs based on feedback, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and ensure that all projects maintain brand consistency. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your design skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and grow professionally.

Specific Duties

• Create visual assets for internal digital and print media, including banners, email templates, and brochures.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for new projects.
• Ensure designs align with Delta Star's branding guidelines and maintain brand consistency.
• Uphold a consistent visual language across all assets.
• Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while meeting deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio (personal or academic projects are acceptable).
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for design and eagerness to learn.
