In our U.S. locations, we operate on a hybrid work model with three in-office days and two remote days per week. Starting Q1 2025, we will transition to a four-day in-office schedule, Monday–Thursday. Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience by spearheading initiatives and implementing cutting-edge technology updates. Your strategic thinking and strong project management skills will be crucial in ensuring continuity, functionality, and improved throughput. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various departments, including Quality Management and Operations, to support the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives for our regional sales teams and marketing efforts.
- Ensure the overall health and efficiency of customer experience.
- Assess health and function of systems, evaluating optimization and efficiency and identifying solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Management and Operations to support the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives for the regional sales teams and marketing
- Uses analytical and creative approach to condense large amounts of information into a clear, concise, effective presentations and reports.
- Test multi-channel acquisition programs and provided user acceptance testing for technology implementations.
- Champions new technology/process innovation around Enrollment platform for reducing lead costs, enhancing the Prospect/Student experience, and streamlining processes.
- Identifies and helps implement technologies, in partnership with IT, to drive higher revenue through enhanced ROI.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Two (2) years’ experience with Aprimo and/or Marketing studio.
- Three (3) years of marketing experience.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Knowledge of creative process and print production technology.
- Ability to work independently at a fast pace.
- Accuracy and accountability for work.
- Must be well organized and detail oriented.
- Training skills – must be able to convey concepts/processes to others.
- Produce and deliver reports (written/verbal) on various aspects of job to keep others informed.
Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $49,199.00 and $86,25300. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
