About the Role:

The Marketing Coordinator will provide essential support to the team across a range of marketing activities, contributing to the successful execution of marketing strategies for our diverse client portfolio. Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, including scheduling, logistics, and material preparation.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage and update the digital brand presence for clients, ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all online platforms.
  • Conduct basic research and assist with audience segmentation and strategy.
  • Support the creation of marketing reports by gathering and organizing data.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the team on various projects, providing administrative and creative support.
  • Maintain organized records of data, assets, and materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with current marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2-year associate's degree or related experience in marketing, business, public relations, communications, or advertising.
  • Proficient in Office 365 (specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
