***willing to travel in to the office occasionally - candidate really needs to be flexible with the Department but the HM is open to someone who works remote. Remote is ok has willingness and flexiblity to travel as needed.

Required skills:

More than 3 years of email marketing/automation experience
Demonstrates a strong understanding of e-mail marketing automation, content development and contemporary technology
Prior experience implementing multi-platform digital marketing campaigns, content writing, developing campaigns for B2B companies and working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics platform or Salesforce
Working knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, XML, HTML, JSON, ODATA, CSS, Chrome Developer Tools and JavaScript is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview
The Marketing Automation Specialist reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and is responsible for the end-to-end customer journey including email automation and various digital touchpoints. This role shapes the workflow for a campaign and provides design guidance across different campaign touchpoints to ensure optimal design, language continuity and to maximize conversion funnel. The Marketing Automation Specialist also supports campaign reporting and optimization that can articulate where campaigns are / are not being successful and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role will also be responsible for working with our GIS and channel marketing partners to design, execute and track performance of all Insulation email campaign initiatives. Finally, this role serves as a knowledge resource and capability evangelist for marketing automation within the Insulation business.
E-mail Automation Campaign Design (60%)
Work with Marketing, Sales, and GIS Leaders to create strategic marketing automation plans that are connected to key growth drivers and business initiatives
Tie marketing automation campaigns to setting strong KPIs that are measurable
Create workflows and pathways for marketing automation campaigns, outlining touchpoints and creating if/then user pathways
Design and implement high-quality, end-to-end marketing automation journeys within Microsoft Dynamics
Facilitate discussions to identify lead sources, execute strategy, communication, and responsibilities across marketing and sales teams
Be the "go-to" person within Insulation for questions about marketing automation
Data and Reporting (25%)
Use analytics to track the success of campaigns and adjust tactics accordingly. They may also translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Create fand present comprehensive reports to present insights and recommendations with key stakeholders and leadership
Content Writing and Design Oversight (15%)
Develop copy to support campaigns/ content marketing, ensuring wording and tone is consistent throughout various digital touchpoints
Support the development and management of marketing content calendar, coordinating with Channel Leaders and agencies where appropriate
Coordinate the development of different marketing touchpoints (e.g. forms, emails, social, landing pages, blogs) to support campaigns
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Marketing or related field
Demonstrated pervious work experience of running e-mail marketing automation campaigns
Effective collaboration in cultural and geographically diverse teams
Demonstrates a strong understanding of e-mail marketing automation, content development and contemporary technology
Prior experience implementing multi-platform digital marketing campaigns, content writing, developing campaigns for B2B companies and working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics platform
Working knowledge of XML, HTML, JSON, ODATA, CSS, Chrome Developer Tools and JavaScript is preferred
