Summary: Shape the user experience approach across multiple products, ensuring a seamless, user-centered approach to solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product managers, product owners, designers, developers, operational stakeholders, and clinicians to define and implement a comprehensive UX vision that supports business goals while delivering meaningful, intuitive, and delightful experiences for end-users. Combine qualitative and quantitative user research, interaction design, and business strategy to create innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. Evangelize the needs, behaviors, and motivations of our users. Drive user-centered design decisions that improve user satisfaction and support business goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree inhuman-computer interaction (HCI), human factors, psychology, communications, or a related discipline.

3+ years of experience in UX strategy, user research, user experience design, interaction design, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive product design and development is required.

Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years in a healthcare system or healthcare start up environment. Wireframing and prototyping using a variety of tools.

Making data-driven design decisions

User Experience research for both web and mobile products

Licensure/Certification: Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification is a plus.
