SUMMARY

The Director of Marketing will direct, develop, execute, and oversee the company's marketing strategy, plans, campaigns, marketing budget, and trends. They are responsible for driving the GTS brand and increasing sales.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement successful marketing strategies meant to promote the organization and its products Interpret marketing vision and deliver insights to increase market share Analyze industry and competitive trends and identify and target specific new or underserved markets Oversee the production of print, online, or other forms for advertisement and organize special events or promotions Establish metrics defining campaign performance and modify campaigns based on ROI analysis Create digital marketing campaigns and programs to increase brand affinity and sales Conduct market research Control budgets and allocate company resources ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Social media outreach and customer/vendor SWAG WORKING CONDITIONS

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Robust data analysis skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations Proficient in copywriting and content creation Excellent leadership and communication skills Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google AdWords Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, content marketing, and social media Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Master's degree required 3-5 years of experience in Marketing
