Job Summary:

This is a critical role for Vail Resorts, responsible for the Epic Pass brand. This individual will act as the Brand Leader on the Epic Pass team, partnering with Epic Pass Product leadership, to maximize guest acquisition and retention through Epic Pass products, programs, and distinctive brand positioning to achieve North American Pass sales targets and Epic Pass Brand goals. This leader will be responsible for establishing and building the team vision and collaborating with Resort Brand Marketing to develop the Vail Resorts enterprise brand-building approach.

Job Specifications:

Outlet: Corporate / Hybrid - Broomfield

The expected pay range is $135,000 - $150,000 + annual bonus + equity

Establish Epic Pass Brand Marketing team as thought leaders within the business

Lead cross-functional relationship with Epic Pass Product Team and Creative Services department

Drive Organizational Effectiveness

Lead Priorities-setting

Adapt and Deploy Brand Frameworks & Training

Talent Acquisition

Talent Development

Strategy

Lead Epic Pass brand strategy in partnership with Product team (guest research, guest insights, competitive tracking, external inspiration, business trends, etc.)

Lead Epic Pass creative strategy in partnership with Creative Services (brief development, creative effectiveness, testing, external inspiration, etc.)

Responsible for defining Epic Pass product portfolio brand strategy (including regional and Whistler Blackcomb products)

Key stakeholder / input in partnership with Product team on Guest segmentation

Financials + Annual Planning

Partner with Product Team and Analytics to align on macro assumptions within Season Pass budget

Drive Epic Pass insights roadmap and develop/harvest listening posts • Develop Epic Pass brand strategies and plans

Develop and manage Ad production budget

Go-To-Market

Develop annual Epic Pass Campaign Strategy

Lead Epic Pass Go-To-Market creative development and execution

Partner with Product Team and Omni-channel leaders (Paid Media, Relationship Marketing, Digital, PR, Strategic Alliance, Business Operations) to develop Go-to-Market strategy

Develop holistic messaging framework

Tier 0 brief development

Tier 1, 2& 3 brief development and creative approval

Manage internal and external agency relationships in partnership with Creative Services

The expected pay range is $135,000 - $150,000 + Annual Bonus & Equity. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
