VP of Organic & Earned Growth Marketing
to lead the growth of our brand through social, PR, partnerships, and other earned channels. This role is critical in growing our community size, acquiring new investors, strengthening our brand visibility, deepening customer engagement, and driving meaningful interactions with our investors and broader community.
About the Role
We seek an experienced marketer who has done this before and comes to the job with a proven playbook for brand growth through earned channels. In this role, you will work with company and marketing leadership on strategies to grow the AV brand, and will be responsible for executing tactics that generate new leads, new investors, and increases engagement with existing investors. You will work closely with our CMO and will inherit our Sr. Manager of Social Media on your team.
Key Responsibilities Brand Leadership & PR : Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to
elevate AV's brand and thought leadership
in venture capital. Organic Content & Distribution : Oversee the distribution through various social channels of compelling, high-value content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement. Marketing Partnerships : Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships that expand brand reach and improve customer engagement. Events & Community Building : Work closely with our CEO Services team and other teams to optimize events as
high-impact fundraising and brand-building tools . Performance : Through your organic, earned, and PR work, generate new leads for AV and turn existing leads into new investors. Team Leadership : Mentor and manage the earned media team, fostering
collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth . Who You Are

who understands how to measure and optimize for engagement, webinar attendance, and lead generation. A

with a strong intrinsic motivation to put forth large volumes of high-quality work. Requirements
10-15 years of
marketing experience , with expertise in
earned media, PR, and organic content strategy . Proven success in
developing marketing partnerships
that drive measurable engagement. Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with experience managing teams. Excellent
communication, strategic planning, and analytical
abilities. Experience working in a
consumer-facing brand
(venture capital or startup experience is a plus but not required).
