This role is integral to our team, providing expert technical writing services to support the development and publication of high-quality technical documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical manuals, procedures, and guides that are critical to our manufacturing operations. This role requires a deep understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, strong technical writing skills, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and comprehensive documents.Responsibilities:1. Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, including but not limited to, manufacturing procedures, technical manuals, user guides, and process specifications.2. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other subject matter experts to gather and interpret technical information.3. Translate complex technical concepts and processes into clear, concise, and reader-friendly documentation.4. Review and revise documents for accuracy, clarity, appropriateness, and consistency with existing documentation and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.5. Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and deadlines.6. Provide technical writing consultation to various departments, advising on best practices for technical documentation.7. Utilize document management systems and other tools to maintain and organize documentation.8. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in technical writing and aerospace manufacturing.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the aerospace manufacturing industry.3. Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and comprehensive written documentation.4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures within the aerospace industry.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.6. Proficiency in using technical writing tools and document management systems.7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs and deadlines.8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.9. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards related to aerospace manufacturing is a plus.10.
