Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SEO Analyst to become a vital member of our team. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of Search Engine Optimization accounts, track campaign performance, formulate market strategies, and remain abreast of the latest SEO techniques and industry trends. The ideal candidate is self-driven, analytical, and possesses outstanding communication skills, capable of taking full ownership of campaign outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive keyword research aligned with client objectives and campaign focus.
  2. Analyze client websites and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
  3. Oversee the creation of SEO content, ensuring quality and relevance.
  4. Develop and execute SEO strategies aimed at driving organic growth.
  5. Monitor and assess site performance, making data-informed adjustments as necessary.
  6. Collaborate with PPC account managers to synchronize digital marketing strategies.
  7. Facilitate campaign execution in coordination with internal teams.
  8. Stay updated on local SEO advancements and algorithm modifications.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  1. Foundational experience with WordPress.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in SEO account management, with a focus on Local SEO.
  3. Strong writing and grammar skills.
  4. A positive disposition coupled with a good sense of humor.

Qualifications

  1. 2-4 years of SEO account management experience preferred.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  3. Proficient time management and organizational skills.
  4. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines.
  5. Experience in conducting performance case studies, including keyword research and link-building strategies.
  6. Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
  7. Knowledge of Google My Business, SEMrush, and BrightLocal.
  8. Keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
  9. A collaborative mindset that values teamwork.

Compensation And Benefits

This position is salaried and non-exempt, with a base salary range of $55,000 to $65,000, plus potential bonuses and benefits. Compensation will be tailored based on experience, role level, and location. During the interview process, we will collaborate with you to determine a competitive salary within this range.
