Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced RPA UiPath Lead to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will lead a team of RPA developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure high-quality automation delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. RPA Development & Implementation:
  2. Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation solutions.
  3. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  4. Optimize and troubleshoot automation processes for performance improvements.
  5. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  6. Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers.
  7. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
  8. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities.
  9. Solution Design & Process Assessment:
  10. Analyze business processes to assess automation feasibility.
  11. Develop end-to-end RPA solutions, including process documentation and PDD/SDD creation.
  12. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation scalability.
  13. Governance & Best Practices:
  14. Establish RPA governance frameworks and best practices.
  15. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  16. Maintain automation documentation and knowledge base.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. 5+ years of experience in RPA development with UiPath.
  2. Strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Robot.
  3. Hands-on experience with REFramework and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, SQL, and APIs for automation integration.
  5. Experience in process mining, OCR, and AI/ML-based automation is a plus.
  6. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  7. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Preferred Certifications:

  1. UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification
  2. UiPath Solution Architect Certification (Preferred)
