Must Have Skills:

• It is a senior level position where the associate will develop and manage the UX research practice. Responsibility would be to collaborate with the Director of Design and business partners to understand and plan the research needs for the upcoming year based on the business roadmap as well as foundational UX metrics. UX Researcher would collaborate with designers who are responsible for unmoderated usability studies. UX Researcher will be responsible for:
• (1) moderated and unmoderated testing
• (2) using quantitative and qualitative methods for research
• (3) collaborating with the analytics and marketing research teams for VOC & data insights
• (4) developing focus groups for different customer bases and managing an engagement model for these groups.
• Person needs to be highly motivated, detail oriented, and organized to build this practice.
