Are you passionate about weaving together graphic design and SEO copywriting to engage customers and call them to action? Are you a proactive self-starter who enjoys tackling projects head-on? If you answered yes to these questions, then we have the job for you. We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll flex your graphic design and SEO copywriting skills to inspire RVers, campers, and glampers to use Spot2Nite to instantly book campground reservations, and compel campground operators to list their outdoor accommodations on the Spot2Nite marketplace. You’ll help build and implement an editorial calendar from start to finish, strategize on advertising campaigns and lead generation efforts, track performance metrics and ROI, and be a direct influence on the Spot2Nite brand. What You'll Do

  • Write strategic, data-driven SEO content for park profiles, blogs, and our website/mobile apps
  • Design high-performing content for B2C and B2B digital marketing campaigns that converts to website traffic, new users, and reservations
  • Plan, create, and publish content to social media channels
  • Implement and update customer journeys through email blasts, push notifications, and SMS notifications
  • Participate in the front-end design setup for our website/mobile apps and contribute to user experience enhancements
  • Track and report on KPI metrics
  • Manage asset collection from properties, partners, and customers
  • Coordinate sponsored stays and marketing deliverables with content creators
  • Attend trade shows and conferences

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or other relevant field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong knowledge of SEO practices
  • Proven experience in digital design, with a portfolio of work to demonstrate
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design softwares
  • Comfortable with HTML updates; HTML5 design experience strongly preferred
  • Experience using a content management system
  • Experience using analytics softwares to review customer data and apply filtering logic for targeted marketing segmentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for camping and travel
