The Broadcast Engineer is responsible for providing quick and creative solutions and adaptability to support the West Little Rock and surrounding campuses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Being the point person on all broadcast systems and tech equipment
- Assist Production team with weekly service set up and execution
- Provide video direction for Sunday morning services and other scheduled events
- Help set up and execute any video shoots for Fellowship Music events
- Organize and maintain broadcast equipment
- Set up ProPresenter and other necessary software
- Help Coordinator lead broadcast volunteer teams at WLR Campus
- Help Coordinator coach and train broadcast volunteers for WLR Campus
- Help with installation of campus technology systems
- Help Coordinator train volunteers across all venues and campuses
- Assist with Production team projects including installations and remodels at all campuses
- Assist with gear maintenance on all campuses
- Research, plan, and budget with the team for future upgrades in the broadcast department
- Help set up and run various WLR Campus ministry events as needed (Womens, Kids, Students, YA, etc.)
- Other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Education and Experience:
• College degree preferred not required
Knowledge and Skills:
- Willingness to learn
- Understand and have 2+ years of experience in production
- Proficient in ProPresenter
- General Knowledge of Resolume Arena media servers preferred
- Comfortable working at heights
- Working knowledge of video projectors
- Previous residencies/internships/apprenticeships are helpful, but not necessary

Work Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday night rehearsals based on position scheduling
- Sunday 6:00am - 1:00pm
