The Broadcast Engineer is responsible for providing quick and creative solutions and adaptability to support the West Little Rock and surrounding campuses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Being the point person on all broadcast systems and tech equipment
  2. Assist Production team with weekly service set up and execution
  3. Provide video direction for Sunday morning services and other scheduled events
  4. Help set up and execute any video shoots for Fellowship Music events
  5. Organize and maintain broadcast equipment
  6. Set up ProPresenter and other necessary software
  7. Help Coordinator lead broadcast volunteer teams at WLR Campus
  8. Help Coordinator coach and train broadcast volunteers for WLR Campus
  9. Help with installation of campus technology systems
  10. Help Coordinator train volunteers across all venues and campuses
  11. Assist with Production team projects including installations and remodels at all campuses
  12. Assist with gear maintenance on all campuses
  13. Research, plan, and budget with the team for future upgrades in the broadcast department
  14. Help set up and run various WLR Campus ministry events as needed (Womens, Kids, Students, YA, etc.)
  15. Other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Education and Experience:

• College degree preferred not required

Knowledge and Skills:

  1. Willingness to learn
  2. Understand and have 2+ years of experience in production
  3. Proficient in ProPresenter
  4. General Knowledge of Resolume Arena media servers preferred
  5. Comfortable working at heights
  6. Working knowledge of video projectors
  7. Previous residencies/internships/apprenticeships are helpful, but not necessary

  6. Signed acknowledgement to policies and procedures as stated in Fellowship Bible Church’s Employee Manual
  7. Living out the spiritual principles outlined in the “Code of Conduct”

Work Schedule:

  1. Monday-Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
  2. Wednesday night rehearsals based on position scheduling
  3. Sunday 6:00am - 1:00pm
