Full-time Graphic Designer

The Medical Consulting Group (MCG) creative services team located in Springfield, MO, is currently looking for a full-time graphic designer. MCG specializes in creating customized business solutions for practices and medical device manufacturers.

This position is not remote. You will be required to perform the duties of this job in-house.

Applicant Requirements:

• A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in graphic design or a related field
• 2 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Basic understanding of digital tools such as Formsite and WordPress
• Eye for choosing and editing high resolution photography
• Highly attentive to detail and direction
• Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment
• Willingness to take direction/critique from creative leaders and account managers
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Desire to learn and grow in the field of digital design

Job Description:

• Design and revise press-ready digital art files for brochures, ads, posters, and other print collateral
• Create and design digital materials such as logos, icons, web banner ads, eblasts, invitations, ppt presentations, etc.
• Ability to work with creative leaders and account managers to execute assignments and projects as assigned
• Willing to problem solve, yet recognize the need for help/instruction
• Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting project timelines and deadlines
