We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the Partnerships Marketing Manager in driving brand awareness and conversion through impactful influencer campaigns. This role will be instrumental in scaling our influencer marketing efforts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for social media, influencer trends, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Partnerships Manager in executing campaigns, from initial outreach and contract management to tracking deliverables and reporting on performance.
  • Work with Partnerships Manager to develop briefs, manage budgets, and negotiate contracts – ensuring alignment with brand objectives while optimizing for performance.
  • Cultivate relationships with key influencers in the family tech space to drive conversions, brand growth, and product buzz.
  • Support for the Partnerships Manager with reporting, analysis, and optimizations to the influencer campaigns to help achieve revenue goals. Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance strategies for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align influencer efforts with broader business goals and upcoming product launches.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing
  • Proven track record in developing and managing successful influencer partnerships and ambassador programs
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, current trends, and best practices in influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and experience using data to inform strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
  • Creative mindset with a talent for spotting engaging content and content creators
  • Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and campaign performance data
  • Passion for technology and its potential to bring families closer together
  • Experience with influencer management tools (Aspire IQ, Grin) and social media scheduling platforms (Sprout Social) is a plus

For Colorado-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $60-75K based on experience and for California-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $60-75K based on experience.
