  • This position will be located in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TX. This is not a remote position. This is a hybrid environment, requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

Individual will play a key role in in-quarter omni-channel plan creation and management for T-Mobile media plans, within TMUS’ $1.5B+ Consumer & Business paid media investment. This person will coordinate with internal stakeholders and media agency to guide end-to-end media planning, deliver operational excellence within media and cross-functional partnerships, and is nimble with the needs of the business. Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support omni-channel in-quarter media plans & represent with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  2. Own stewardship and quality control of media planning documents, execution, and operational excellence to maintain integrity of media plan deliverables.
  3. Understand business goals and challenges, represent media solutions using advanced analytics, historical performance, consumer behavior insights and other data.
  4. Work with agency partners to QA and manage complex, multi-million-dollar program, channel and partnership budgets.
  5. Support quick in-quarter pivots addressing real-time business needs. Support in management of media investment dynamically to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience - Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required.
  2. 5 years - Media management experience within consumer products or retail industry (experience in media planning at an advertising agency highly recommended).

Skills:

  1. Motivated to work efficiently and collaboratively with agency partners, communicating back business intel and strategic media next steps. Foster culture rooted in TMUS Values in Action.
  2. Able to read, interpret and action on 1,000+ data inputs with guidance to drive media recommendations and optimizations.
  3. Experience with Marketing Mix Models and Attribution Models, and how Media decisions can deliver on business and marketing needs.
  4. Business and media acumen. Email and conference call etiquette.
  5. Develop strategically sound, durable media plan recommendations that deliver on business outcomes.
  6. Oversee hundreds of millions in media investment, channel strategy & recommendations, performance & optimization.
  7. Firm understanding of digital targeting capabilities and programmatic ecosystem, as well as advancements across digital video.
  8. Work closely with in-house programmatic and analytics groups to build digital strategies rooted in data that deliver measurable outcomes.
  9. Relevant tech and tools in crafting media plans that deliver on communication goals.
  10. Read, interpret, action on MMM outputs & indicators.
  11. Understanding of AdTech/MarTech powering digital campaigns.
  12. Versed in rapidly changing industry and channel trends, emerging markets, competitive tools and landscape, with preference for telecommunications / internet experience.
  13. Firm understanding of local and hyperlocal media landscape and standard methodologies.
  14. Provide data-informed media recommendations.
  15. Understanding of key business KPIs and the importance of tying ROI back to channel investment.
  16. Stand up methodologically sound test & learn campaigns, understanding the value of proving incrementality as an indicator of media efficacy.
  17. Manage multiple work streams and teams simultaneously in a fun, fast paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Base Pay Range: $63,000 - $113,600

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
