THE WORK
Lockheed Martin is seeking an Interactive Media Developer to help us create interactive training products for our customers and lead a team of 3D content developers. This position will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of 3D entity content creation, from requirements creation and analysis to design, planning, execution, integration, testing support, and delivery. You will lead the effort in defining technical specifications, ensuring that all models and model complexes meet the detail, scalability, functionality, and performance requirements. This role involves close collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to translate conceptual designs into high-quality 3D assets, managing the development process to ensure timely and effective execution. Additionally, you will oversee the integration of 3D content into the application environment in classified labs, ensuring compatibility and functionality. This position will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and consistency of the visual content, driving innovation, and ensuring that all specialized content enhances the overall user experience.

Desired Skills
• Experience working with correlated 3D visual databases including out-the-window (OTW) and sensor sub-system databases.
• Experience in leading geospatial and modeling development activities.
• Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools set or lean business processes.
• DoD experience, F-35 experience is preferred.
• Experience with JIRA as a developer and/or administrator.
• Diverse multimedia experience, including audio, video, 2D, 3D, programming, etc. is a plus.
• High standards for work quality, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
