Working with a well-respected multi-location Ag Equipment dealer that is looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor Ag. A person that understands the importance of doing a job correctly and the value of satisfied customers. Performs basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer owned agricultural and turf equipment.
Service Writer/Advisor AG Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns, and provide timely responses.
- Educate clients about the company’s products, services, and offers.
- Schedule appointments, take orders, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payments.
- Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staff.
- Manage complaints, returns, and resolve customer grievances.
- Record customer details and transactions.
- Serve as a customer relationship manager.
- Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the organization.

Service Writer/Advisor AG Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a Service Writer/Advisor or similar role.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with customer complaints.
- Strong organizational skills.
