Role Description:
Lead the Marketing, Communications, and Enablement team and its efforts across the Global SIC, with some support extending to the larger Global Relationship Management team.

Responsibilities:

* Communication strategy planning and execution, daily copywriting, editing, distributing, and synthesizing of content that spans across global audiences: marketing leadership, internal discussion leaders, sales leadership, account executives, as well as C-suite customers from Salesforce's top accounts.
* Quarterly performance communications for the SIC program. Templates, communication plans, and collaborative partnerships will be outlined for seamless continuation of an already established process.
* Maintain and update communication templates, guidelines, and workflows that enable cross-functional team members to share holistic updates and information across multiple channels and teams.
* Oversee the SIC team's various Slack channels, Global SIC Resource Hub, and other globally leveraged tools that enable the field (Salesforce Account Teams) to build deeper relationships with our customers.
* Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, brainstorming sessions, status reviews, and leadership approvals to drive accountability and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) exceed or meet outlined targets.
* Meet with SIC Leadership and update the team on the progress and challenges of the Marketing, Comms, and Enablement Team.
* Work with SIC Content Experience Designer and help to prioritize team projects and requests.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, Slack
* Outstanding presentation, communication and collaboration skills
* Proficiency copywriting across multiple channels (email, blog, social, web, presentations)
* Ability to interpret and synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders
* Flexibility to iterate with a team, but comfortable making decisions to drive forward as needed
* Self-motivated, independent, and committed to getting things done

Preferred Skills and Experience:

* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Slack Block Kit, Quip
* Basic design experience
