broker-dealer and financial advisory sectors . Experienced in leading marketing strategies that align with business objectives, driving both brand awareness and conversion. Adept at managing multi-channel marketing initiatives, including
email campaigns, paid media, and content marketing . Skilled in analyzing marketing performance data and leveraging insights to refine strategies for better engagement and ROI. Comfortable leading meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting marketing strategies to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract and engage target audiences. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
including product, sales, and marketing research to identify audience insights and shape marketing initiatives. Translate business objectives into actionable marketing briefs and go-to-market strategies. Work with the
paid media team
to drive awareness and deploy effective product-related campaigns. Manage and optimize marketing assets, ensuring content is aligned with business goals and audience needs. Evaluate and track campaign performance, using
data analytics
to optimize strategies in real time. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities. Stay up to date with
marketing technologies and digital channels , leveraging them to enhance campaign performance. Requirments: Bachelor's degree in
marketing, business, or a related field
is highly preferred. 7+ years of marketing experience , with a strong background in
B2B marketing and customer acquisition . Extensive knowledge of financial services, particularly
broker-dealers, financial advisors, and wealth management . Proven ability to
develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
from concept to execution. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in
Excel
and familiarity with
Tableau
(hands-on use not required). Experience working in an
agile environment , adapting strategies to maximize audience engagement. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to
influence stakeholders and present marketing insights
