Job description About the Job SFA Marketing is looking for a junior website developer with a solid background in PHP and JavaScript to work out of our Trumbull, CT office. The right candidate is a task oriented, organized, ambitious individual who can support our growing web team on a variety of projects. Must be a faster learner who can meet deadlines, find intuitive solutions to problems and pick up new technologies. Essential Skills and Experience 2+ years of experience in a working environment Deep understanding of PHP and JavaScript/jQuery Proficient deploying websites on WHM/cPanel as well as other server environments Understanding of DNS zone files and host files Strong frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS) Has built a site using a CMS Fluent in creating cross-browser, responsive HTML websites Savvy with current web standards and best practices Willing and able to learn new technologies quickly Excellent troubleshooting skills Additional Skills are a huge plus CSS preprocessors (SCSS, LESS) ProcessWire CMS/CMF eCommerce (Shopify, Magento) SEO/SEM PPC What's in it for you?
