The Parallax Group International, LLC, is seeking a results-driven Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our Norsk brand. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a well-established brand while overseeing diverse marketing efforts across retail, eCommerce, and direct-to-consumer channels. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of creative vision and analytical expertise, with the ability to drive results, collaborate cross-functionally, and build a high-performing team to support growth. Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies to optimize performance across retail, eCommerce, and direct-to-consumer channels. Digital Marketing: Lead website management, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Market Research: Analyze consumer insights and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies. Product Management: Oversee product launches, positioning, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals. Brand Management: Uphold brand integrity and develop strategies to enhance recognition, loyalty, and equity. Marketing Communications: Create cohesive messaging across channels, including PR, advertising, and social media. Merchandising: Enhance product presentation through packaging, visual merchandising, and retail marketing initiatives. Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in consumer goods or home improvement industries. Proven track record in eCommerce growth and multi-channel marketing. Strong expertise in digital marketing and analytics-driven decision-making. Exceptional leadership and team development skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
