$65 per hour on W-2 Summary: As a vital member of our Experience Team, you will significantly influence how customers engage with our extensive portfolio of global brands. This role requires you to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment while collaborating independently with a cross-functional team throughout all stages of the design and build process. Key Responsibilities: Deliver impactful interaction and visual designs while effectively communicating your design thinking and rationale in complex discussions with stakeholders. Possess experience in retail, e-commerce, transactional, or loyalty programs, with a deep passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. Manage 2-3 UX/UI projects simultaneously, ensuring ease of usability and user adoption. Advocate for user testing and collaborate with product and research teams to enhance design solutions. Facilitate design sprints and workshops to explore user needs, align teams, and generate solutions, summarizing findings for executive reviews when necessary. Partner with product and engineering teams to assess the feasibility and impact of design solutions while adhering to budget constraints. Embrace a growth mindset and utilize soft skills for constructive feedback, enhancing team performance. Have a robust portfolio showcasing 7 to 9+ years of web and mobile design experience, specifically with a user-centered approach. Possess at least 3 years of experience in native mobile app design or responsive design, depending on the team focus. Display expertise in UI and UX, synthesizing elements from existing design systems with native mobile patterns to ensure a coherent and user-friendly experience. Comfortably review the work of others, providing insightful feedback, and maintain alignment with user experience goals. Engage in usability testing and research to gather end-user insights. Exhibit excellent attention to detail and maintain organized work files to support sustainable design processes. Demonstrate strong communication skills, championing your ideas while collaborating effectively with team members. Pay Rate:
