The TikTok Global Monetization Product & Technology organization and holds a strong advertiser focus and a dedication to technical excellence. We work with advertisers from all verticals, such as eCommerce, Retail, Travel, Media & Entertainment, etc to make TikTok an irreplaceable growth channel for businesses of all sizes and a favourite destination for consumers to discover and purchase products, content, and services. The Product Strategy Organization is responsible for understanding the market, validating advertiser needs, and driving product improvement and revenue acceleration through strategic prioritization and activations.
We are looking to bring on an experienced Product Marketing Manager who will lead product strategy development and go-to-market programs across our full suite of products. This person will directly support the head of the Product Strategy Operations and the full organization.

The person in this role will drive decision making on holistic product strategy underpinning TikTok monetization, synthesize customer needs globally, and partner with Product leaders and PSO leads to collaborate on go-to-market planning and execution to launch products globally.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience doing inbound, product testing (alphas/betas) and outbound, go-to-market activations at scale. They should also be experts on digital advertising, from competitor capabilities to understanding the technical stack.
The ideal candidate will be someone with proven problem-solving record. This person will drive key priorities that promote efficiency and impact at scale for TikTok. This role will support the full organization by developing the operating models driving accountability and better business/product outcomes. You are self-motivated, organized, and thrive in ambiguous situations. You are a fast learner and great communicator.

Responsibilities:
- Scope and manage strategic initiatives ranging from OKRs, business reviews, and emergent projects and enable the organization to execute with a high quality, rigor, speed, and efficiency
- Use research and data to influence product strategy by clearly articulating customer feedback and market insights
- Develop go-to-market activation strategy and supporting processes to drive scale and cohesion across all product areas globally
- Strategically manage an internal and external rhythm of business with key partners, including product leadership and sales leadership
- Plan and execute offsite meetings within the organization and with XFNs
- Build effective and transparent communication channels to align and partner with internal as well as external stakeholders
- Create opportunities to share best practices, evolve our processes and frameworks that benefit the entire team and PSO organization

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in consulting or project management
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of product marketing or product management in the tech industry
- Comfort with ambiguity and using a data-driven approach to establish strategy and priorities
- Experience launching products globally and core product marketing skills in product positioning, messaging, naming and GTM planning

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Ability to manage multiple projects and have a good sense of prioritization to drive the highest impact in the role (partnered with technical stakeholders to represent market requirements)
- Experience operating in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work across multiple time-zones
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership, has developed and led new initiatives from the ground up
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
- Experience building and launching advertising solutions for marketers either at an ad network, platform or as a media buyer on ad platforms
- Experience with 0-1 product - shaping product strategy, testing in market, defining GTM plan, establishing plan for scaling
- Direct experience managing senior stakeholders including C-Suite executives
